Forenservtek (Shandong) Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, specializes in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of heavy-duty dampers for industrial flue gas, waste gas and hot air control. Our product range includes butterfly dampers, louver dampers, diverter dampers, guillotine dampers, offset dampers, eccentric dampers, fan inlet dampers, etc.
Leveraging technical expertise, engineering capability and dedication, FORENSERVTEK serves a wide range of industries including power generation, metallurgy, petrochemicals, cement, marine, semiconductor and biomass energy. Our products are applied in systems for combustion, dust removal, desulfurization, denitrification, gas purification, CO₂ capture, VOCs abatement, Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR), CHP, heat recovery and thermal energy storage. Our dampers greatly improve the adaptability of traditional louver dampers to increasingly stringent environmental emission standards and bring cost savings to customers.

Manufacturing Capability
The company employs 5 senior R&D engineers, 12 technical engineers and 10 senior technicians. The factory covers an area of 12,000 square meters and is equipped with a full range of production and processing equipment, including laser cutting machines, bending machines, plate rolling machines, welding robots, machining centers, CNC lathes, boring machines and vertical lathes, totaling 28 sets. It can fully meet all requirements for custom industrial dampers.
Verified Performance
Inspection and testing are integrated into our production process to verify material quality, sealing performance and high-temperature reliability.
Our quality team uses comprehensive physical and chemical inspection equipment to control incoming materials and component performance at a microscopic level, providing a reliable quality foundation for every damper.
Our test team can simulate specified operating conditions to verify sealing performance and dependable operation in high-temperature flue gas and exhaust gas service.
High-temperature test conditions help us assess structural thermal expansion and reduce the risk of deformation, binding and leakage during long-term damper operation.

FORENSERVTEK products are certified to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ABS and CCS. We are also capable of arranging various certifications including CE and AMCA 500D upon request.
